Our Mechanical Warranty

At Clement & Co Jewellers, we specialize in the curation of pre-owned luxury timepieces, with a particular focus on TAG Heuer. Every watch we sell undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection. We provide a 12-month mechanical warranty as standard, effective from the date of purchase.

Terms of Coverage

This warranty is strictly limited to the internal mechanical movement of the watch. We guarantee that the movement will function within the manufacturer's expected parameters for a pre-owned vintage or modern piece.

Exclusions & Voidance

To protect the integrity of our inventory, the warranty does not cover:

  • Water Ingress: As these are pre-owned luxury pieces, water resistance is not guaranteed unless a pressure test certificate is provided at the time of sale.

  • External Components: Damage to the glass/crystal, bezel, case, crown, or bracelet/strap.

  • Accidental Damage: Any impact, dropping, or "heavy" use.

  • Third-Party Intervention: The warranty is void immediately if the watch is opened, tampered with, or repaired by any person or watchmaker other than Clement & Co Jewellers.
