Returns & Cancellations

As a specialist in pre-owned luxury goods, Clement & Co Jewellers operates a strict return policy in accordance with UK Consumer Law.

14-Day Notice Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your watch to notify us in writing via email if you wish to return it. After this 14-day window, all sales are final.

Strict Condition Requirements

Returns will only be accepted if the watch is returned in the exact condition in which it was sold.

  • The watch must not have been worn, resized, or altered.

  • All security tags (if applied) must remain intact and untampered with.

  • All original boxes, papers, and accessories must be returned in pristine condition.

  • We reserve the right to deduct a "diminished value" fee from the refund if the watch shows any signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Return Shipping & Risk

  • Cost: The buyer is solely responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Liability: The watch remains the buyer’s responsibility until it is physically received by Clement & Co Jewellers. You must use Royal Mail Special Delivery (Fully Insured). If the item is lost or damaged during return transit, no refund will be issued, and the buyer must claim through their own insurance.

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to a technical inspection (including movement verification) which can take up to 5 business days before a refund is authorized.
